Cancellation Policy

We are a small company and our instructors' time is limited. Therefore we have the following cancellation policy, we will send you a reminder email for your lesson 24 hours before the start time. If you cancel a booked lesson 20 hours or more before the start time, there is no fees. If you cancel a lesson between 8-20 hours, we charge 50% of the lesson cost at your booking price. For cancellation less than 8 hours before the lesson start time, you will lose the credit for that lesson / charged for a full lesson. You can reschedule a lesson 12 hours before the start time, but if you reschedule it multiple times without a good reason, we might deduct the credit from you. Unless extenuating circumstances apply. We have these rules to make it fair for everyone, hope you understand.
