6-Person Pilates Apprautus Group Lesson

 

Welcome to Pilatesnord. By enrolling in our 6-Person Pilates Apparatus Group Lesson, you agree

to the following terms. These terms apply to the current session and, unless updated, will

automatically apply if you renew for subsequent sessions.

1. Key Information

 

• First Lesson: As specified in your booking confirmation.

• Location: Pilatesnord Studio Älmhult, Eriksgatan 1, 343 30.

• Subsequent Lessons: As per your booking confirmation, excluding public holidays (röda dagar).

• Total Lessons: 10.

• Lesson Duration & Access: This plan grants access only during scheduled lesson times,

  each lesson is 50 minutes long. Please arrive at least 5 minutes before the lesson begins.

2. Booking, Attendance, and Check-In

 

• No Show / Cancellation: No refunds are given for missed lessons. Notifying us if you

  cannot attend is appreciated, as there may be stand-by customers.

• Check-In / Check-Out: You must check in and out using your access card for every

  lesson, even if the door is unlocked. Do not follow others in or out without tapping your

  own card.

• Forgotten Card: Use the doorbell or call the studio to gain access. If inside and your card

  is lost, inform the instructor immediately.

• Purpose of Rules: These rules comply with fire regulations, track studio occupancy, and

  prevent unauthorised access.

3. Safety & Studio Regulations

 

• Emergencies: Inform the instructor immediately. If no instructor is present, contact

  emergency services first, then call Pilatesnord at 010-337 1001.

• Fire & Evacuation: Follow all exit signs. Some doors are electronically locked—press the

  GREEN emergency exit release button to exit.

• CCTV & Security: Cameras operate inside the studio for your safety and security. For

  data privacy concerns, please contact us.

• Personal Belongings: You are responsible for your valuables; Pilatesnord accepts no

  liability for loss.

4. Pricing and Payment

 

• Payment Method: Payment is made via card; refunds (if applicable) will be credited to the

  same card.

• Refunds in Exceptional Circumstances: If Pilatesnord cancels a lesson, it will be deferred

  accordingly. If you cannot attend deferred lessons beyond the original validity period, you may

  request a proportional refund based on the number of lessons remaining.

5. Access Cards

 

• You will receive an access card to enter the studio. The card remains Pilatesnord’s

  property and must be returned upon request. Pilatesnord may replace the card at any

  time.

6. Lesson Scheduling and Changes

 

• Fixed Schedule: Lessons cannot be altered, deferred, or exchanged for other types of

  lessons, except in exceptional circumstances.

• Renewal Priority: You may choose to renew at the end of the course. You will be

  prioritised for your current time slot, but may request a change if availability permits.

• Dropouts: Pilatesnord reserves the right to fill spots from dropouts mid-course.

7. Customer Registration & Communication

 

• Required Information: Full name, email address, and address must be provided for

  registration.

• Lesson Tracking: You can check your lesson dates and times via your booking

  confirmation or by registering an account on our website.

• App Access: Download our app Fit by Wix and use invite code RLRPD2 to view lessons,

  chat with us, and book other lesson types. Enable push notifications to receive messages

  —no spam will be sent.
